Delivery & Collection Options

• Store Collection: Free on orders of £20 or more. Pick up Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

• TR6 Postcodes: Free local delivery (minimum order £40).

• Within 5 Miles: £5 delivery fee (minimum order £40).

• Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries take place every Friday and Saturday.

We want every tail wagging! Because we are a small local business, we handle every order with care and are always here to help.

Treats & Chews

• For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our furry friends, we cannot accept returns on opened packs or natural chews once delivered.

• If your pup genuinely turns their nose up or has an issue with a treat, please let us know, we’d love to help you find an alternative they will enjoy.

Toys & Accessories

• If you change your mind, items can be returned within 14 days as long as they are unused, unchewed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Return postage is covered by the customer, or you can hand it back to us in person if you're local.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If something isn’t quite right with your delivery, just send a quick photo and your order details to us via email or Facebook Messenger within 48 hours. We’ll replace it right away or issue a full refund.
